CLIENT GOALS AND VISION
We understand that your business does not stop for legal issues and we aim to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our office is paperless and secure and we can conduct meetings with our clients via Zoom or Skype. You can view documents emailed to you directly via PDF. You can sign your retainer by electronic signature. Pay your bills by credit card via secured portal. As always, traditional face-to-face meetings and hard copy documents are always welcome. We are located in the heart of downtown with plenty of parking for your convenience. Depending on your legal needs, we may even prefer to conduct meetings at your place of business.
Caprice has spent over a decade defending her clients in court and oftentimes representation can rapidly evolve litigation in court, which can be very costly a business owner. The ultimate goal for all clients is to successfully resolve any disputes before they become litigious by getting the necessary legal documents in place and utilizing dispute management strategies while also taking into account the financial reality of your business. ABOUT CAPRICE
Caprice was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended Punahou School and holds her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She participated in a post-graduate legal studies program at Oxford University and obtained her J.D. from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. Caprice is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii, the United States District Court for the State of Hawaii, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to her business law practice, Caprice is also the owner of Fertility Connections Hawaii (FCH), a full-service law firm specializing in surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology law in Hawaii. She represents intended parents and surrogates by preparing the necessary contracts between the parties as they embark upon a surrogacy journey. She also prepares anonymous and known egg and sperm donor agreements and represents her clients in post-birth proceedings to establish legal parentage of a child(ren) who are born through the assistance of a surrogate. FCH works closely with surrogacy agencies and local physicians to make the surrogate process as easy and straightforward as possible for its clients.
